Registration
Submit registration within 30 days of award and before construction. Approval is required prior to starting any project work.
Registration Process
Applicants awarded a GSESP incentive must submit a complete registration within 30 days of the Board Order and before construction begins. Registration is required to receive conditional approval and must include all required project documentation.

Pre Qualification & Bidding Form
Bidders may submit new bids and prequalification information until the final deadline. However, only bidders who submit prequalification information by April 22, 2026, will be guaranteed a review for deficiencies and the opportunity to correct the deficiencies before the final bid deadline. After the final bid deadline, no changes to bids or prequalification information will be accepted.
